Ques: How can I track my order?
Ans: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Track your order using your order number on “Track Order” page. For further assistance, reach out to our support team.

Ques: How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
Ans: We have a next day dispatch policy, so all orders are allocated with a tracking number within 24-36 hours.
You will receive the tracking number on your email address. You can also contact us to get the tracking information.

Ques: Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
Ans: Yes, all customers will receive confirmation after placing their orders on their emails instantly. (NOTE: Please contact us if you don’t receive one within 12 hours)

Ques: What is Your Return and Refund Policy?

Ques: How do I cancel my order?
Ans: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Contact our customer support team or email support@fadnfashion.in Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Ques: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Ans: We’re sorry, but once an order is confirmed, we cannot change the shipping address. Please double-check your address during checkout.

Ques: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Ans: Sorry, we don’t do that! You may have to choose Advance Payment to receive your favourite product. Enjoy the convenience of fast & secure delivery for your order from us always.

Ques: Is shipping free?
Ans: Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders delivered within India. For International Delivery you have to pay extra for courier charges and also your product cost will be different from the shop’s regular price.

Ques: Why should I create an account on fadnfashion.in?
Ans: No account creation is not necessary. We provide a seamless shopping experience without the need for accounts. Your order updates, including tracking numbers, will be sent to your email.
