An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment (for prepaid orders) or confirmation of a Cash on Delivery order.

If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be processed.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by our courier partners.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
7. Store Pickup
Customers selecting Collect from Store will receive a notification when the order is ready.
Please carry your Order ID and registered mobile number while collecting your order.

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
